Residents at an apartment block in Chigwell ( Right ) and Hornchurch ( below) are looking forward to a warmer winter and lower fuel bills courtesy of replacement PVCu windows from Ken Rhodes Ltd. The Company, has recently fitted over 300 new PVCu windows, together with high security communal doors, at the residential buildings in Sands Way, Chigwell, Woodlands Avenue Hornchurch, and Several Blocks of Flats in London E1. ( see Below before and after ).

Improved thermal efficiency, easier cleaning and compliance with the latest fire escape and building regulations, were key priorities for The Residents Associations in their search for new windows and doors.

This Being One of many projects carried out at the Schools through Essex and London Area.

With these issues in mind, PVCu proved the clear choice to replace the building’s 20-year old timber windows, with the Duraflex Diamond Suite meeting all the residents’ technical and aesthetic requirements.The high performance system carries all the necessary BSI and BBA accreditations.

The window designs add instant ‘kerb’ appeal and the profile’s classic styling replicates the appearance of timber frames. Classic casement windows were selected for the projects to complement the architectural style of the flats
.


Above is yet another project we have undertaken on a tower block in East London. We have already installed the top flats and will be installing the rest very soon.

Above is yet another project recently carried out at Varden Street E1. Calculating the cost of painting and repairing the existing windows, it proved more financially viable to replace with double glazing maintenance free, high security double glazed windows. Eliminating the need to repair and paint for years to come. As one can see by the before and after photo’s , we were careful to maintain the charm and characteristics of the original building.
